I have to create a web site which holding a data base. Does Expression work with data base, Access for example?

 Expression Web works out of the box with Access and MS SQL. Version 2 will also work with MySQL. You can also use any database that has a connection string available.

However, Expression Web version 1 only supports ASP.NET 2.0 and version 2 supports ASP.NET 2.0 and PHP.
